92pak Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "92pak", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 92pak platform accessible at 92pak.im.
• "Platform" means the 92pak website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who has registered or is seeking to register a player account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account held by a registered user on the 92pak Platform.
• "Balance" means the PKR funds held in a player's Account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by 92pak to a player that are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 92pak for withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, for account management.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they may be converted into withdrawable real-money funds.

2. Player Eligibility

To register and use the 92pak Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 92pak strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect the Account holder is under 18.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering in your own name for your own personal use.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of 92pak or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You are registering and accessing the Platform voluntarily, with the intention of using it for entertainment purposes only.
• Online gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited in your jurisdiction under any applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the applicable laws in your jurisdiction before registering. 92pak makes no representations about the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or similar restriction that would prevent you from gambling.
• You have not previously had a 92pak Account permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

92pak reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason, subject to the obligation to return any real-money balance to the player through the original deposit channel.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To register a 92pak Account, you must provide your Pakistani mobile number and create a password. You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure with forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one Account. 92pak employs technical and manual processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 92pak reserves the right to: (a) close all duplicate accounts; (b) transfer any real-money balance to the earliest verified account; and (c) permanently forfeit any Bonus Funds held across all duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify 92pak immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 92pak will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 KYC Verification

92pak may require you to submit identity verification documents (including but not limited to a copy of your Pakistani CNIC or passport and proof of payment method) before processing any withdrawal or at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of a request may result in a hold on withdrawals or Account suspension.

4. Deposits

Deposits to your 92pak Account are accepted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment channels displayed in the Cashier at the time of deposit, which include JazzCash, Easypaisa, local bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), and USDT. Applicable minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Cashier and may be updated by 92pak from time to time.

• Deposits are for personal gaming purposes only. 92pak does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties.
• 92pak does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 92pak bears no responsibility.
• If a deposit is credited to your Account in error, you are obligated to notify 92pak immediately. Any funds deposited in error remain the property of 92pak and will be recovered from your Account balance.
• 92pak reserves the right to reject or reverse a deposit if it suspects that the deposit was made using payment credentials that the depositor is not authorised to use.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with 92pak's AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier.

• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals above platform thresholds.
• Standard processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds that have met applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• 92pak reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence review to withdrawal requests it deems unusual, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified of any such review via their registered contact.
• Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once submitted and processing has commenced.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 92pak Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the absence of specific bonus terms, the following general principles apply:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the bonus offer communication.
• Where a player holds both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, real-money funds will be used for wagering first unless otherwise specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may only be claimed by the eligible player for whom they were issued.
• 92pak reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, provided that this does not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account in good faith.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting to exploit wagering requirements, or similar activity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in Account closure.

7. Player Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the 92pak Platform in good faith and for legitimate personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other electronic or artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to exploit game mechanics or guarantee outcomes across multiple accounts.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable error are void and will be recovered from your Balance.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. 92pak is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 92pak staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, KYC, or AML measure implemented by 92pak.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property & Jurisdiction

8.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the 92pak Platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the property of 92pak or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 92pak.

8.2 Jurisdiction & Player Responsibility

The 92pak Platform is operated for international markets. It is each player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 92pak makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 92pak provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
• 92pak will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
• 92pak's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

92pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its reasonable judgment that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to 92pak, other players, or third parties.

In the event of Account closure for a breach by the player, 92pak reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds. Any real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding investigation. If you wish to voluntarily close your Account, contact 92pak support via live chat. Self-exclusion and voluntary account closure requests are processed within one business day.

11. Amendments to These Terms

92pak may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, 92pak will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or via the email/mobile number registered to your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

The current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available at the /terms-conditions page on 92pak.im. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.
